Orders

How long does it take to confirm my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment has been completed. Orders will only be processed during working hours.

What if I received a faulty product?

Please contact us via email us at beautybarga@gmail.com, along with your order number, details and an image of the product.

Can I purchase from the store?

Yes, you can make purchases from our store at 545 Orchard Road, Far East Shopping Centre, #06-16, Singapore (238882).

What are the accepted payment methods for online purchases?

We accept credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and Amex).

Delivery

 

What delivery methods do you provide?

We offer normal and registered postage for customers in Singapore. Self-collection is available as well. Please do take note that the Beauty Bar by Gangnam Aesthetics will not be liable for any lost mail.

 

How long does the delivery take to arrive?

Normal postage will take around 3-5 working days from the day the item gets posted out while registered mail will take around 2-3 days.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Can I exchange my product if I receive a defective or wrong product?

Do contact us at beautybarga@gmail.com so that we can check with our staff and the system. Once we have confirmed, we will send a confirmation email for a one-to-one exchange, which can be made within 7 days at our store. The product has to be unopened and unused. Please bring along your proof of purchase.
